You can hire a third-party LMLO to handle all of the required loan underwriting, including:Pulling credit, determining the debt-to-income ratio, verifying identity and income, and creating and executing all paperwork. 

Picture two identical perfectly qualified applicants: one tells the PM they love the place and intend to stay for years, the other let's slip they'll be moving for a job change in one year.

The situation is identical in some instances and different in others.

I would call the base security office or perhaps Public Affairs officer to confirm validity of identity when in doubt.Good luck.

Its identity theft and potentially felony mail fraud. 

Recently my identity was stolen and many transactions were made.

Some title insurers also recommend having the seller sign via RON which includes additional identity verification beyond producing an ID.

just curious as your  post seem to be pretty identical. 

I want to place it in my LLC for asset and identity protection.
