After observing bigger pocket briefly, it seems to me that the site is focused on residential investing.

Just from my observations, a mid-westerner living in Texas, the Texas lending market seems vastly different than the Wisconsin/Illinois market, although my only experiences are educational, and only in Texas for the past three years. 

No exceptions to observe equal housing/fair housing laws.  

They bring a whole different level of know how to the table and when they reject a deal, you will be wise to take note of any of their observations.
