Long story short.....I was a pizza delivery guy in an area where there were lots of bars with video gambling machines (illegal but not really enforced).I had NO desire to play them....I wanted to OWN that non-taxable (illegal) income stream!!!!

I know that MHP ownership can be a cash flow machine, but am having trouble with the risk/reward matrix.

@Taylor HarrisonIs there anyway to move the existing laundry connections into a common space: basement, {insulated} porch, etc and install machines available to all three tenants?

I barely have the time after I get off work with the stuff between my two boys, my wife, still trying to get this machine up and running, etc.

I'm thinking of smaller handyman type jobs like changing a switch, replacing hoses on a washing machine etc.Is there any potential for liability if something goes wrong and a non licensed person did the work?

My suggestion is to become an OFF-MARKET lead generating machine and focus on finding and buying systems.
