I like Steve Berges' The Complete Guide to Real Estate Finance for Investment Properties: How to Analyze Any Single-Family, Multifamily or Commercial Property.The book is not an easy read but it helped me get a better handle on the numbers.

I have been listening go the podcast for a while and I am definitely going to read the books on Bigger Pockets.Paul, the only book I have read so far about flipping is Flip by Rick Villani and Clay Davis.
