-A bunch of dying geriatrics who are too senile/delusional to understand that their 1900 homes can't sell for 2X the market price-Delusional scumbags who are in denial that their houses are in foreclosure and would rather file bankruptcy than make some money and get out of the ugly situation they put themselves in-or the usual idiot home seller who refuses to go down on their price even after failing to sell their home for over 3 years.

@Cheyenne Davis If the home foreclosed and was actually part of the bankruptcy (you can actually look all of this up with the county), then the tougher question of whether or not it matters that the wife wasn't on the mortgage is a moot point.
