Thank you soo much Mary for posting about your experience & what this 10K club is really all about, as I almost bought this FALSELY ADVERTISED SCAM DEAL! 

That, or they cost an absurd amount of money and don't make a lot of financial sense.

I do increase the rent to keep with the market, but charging a fee simply to renew seems absurd to me.

I am all for wholesaling, we do it within our business, but to hold someone up for months and not be able to produce a buyer is absurd.  

One might think, but labor in Central Florida is absurd, unless you're talking landscaping.

Just a single example of the absurdity of these new regulations is the new regulations on late fees. 5% or $50, only applicable on the 8th day of not paying the rent.

That would be helpful to know and give us a clue as to why it was pulled.If someone leaves feedback that is grossly offensive (i.e. using profanity), threatening, or factually untrue I can appreciate eliminating false information.  

Some landlord/tenant laws that are so anti-landlord that they border on the absurd, such as a tenant being able to sue their landlord on the 1st day they move in for lead poisoning, when they obviously could not have had that lead poising from your property.
