The teacher for my webinar class did a great job. 

However.. i work full time as a teacher, have our first child.. beautiful girl almost 6 months old, and I play and sing in a successful acoustic band on the side.

I'm not saying don't read a book - but experience is the real teacher.

.- With both my wife and I being small private school teachers I would consider myself a "hustler" to get the properties I own.

I will defiantly try that out Justin Fraser one of my teachers recommended me to do the same thing.

I've taken a course to understand them and ready to put pen to paper.The teacher of the Trust course is very reputable but I'm still a little uncomfortable using them as a 3rd party LLC for the trustee (like a trustee-for-hire).
