Boarding Houses are under the Hotel Tax Rule and Regulations. 40 years ago I had to live in Boarding Houses or homes that had a few rooms to rent, for a few days to a week when I was off the ships or shipyards in Louisiana and Texas.

If I had jumped into an 8 unit on first pass, I probably would have been too overwhelmed and the ship mighta sank.

It runs under the driveway, under the house (starting about 4 Ft from the edge of the house), under the concrete of the pool, the tiki hut and the boat dock.

But I ended up never buying or shipping any products.

She will walk through houses and change light bulbs check for things to be restocked etc- then, I just buy everything off of Amazon and ship it direct which has included side table lamps, mattresses and even a box spring.

Both parties should get something out of a partnership/ mentor-ship. 

I thought I wouldn't find something like it again, and was in contract on 2 duplexes a couple miles away, then had to jump ship for this one.
