If you read the feedback on Quarles pod cast you will see a bunch of BP folks saying he is too slick or to much of a salesmen I would never do that blah blah.. well I bet Quarles closes hundreds of deals and those who don't know crap about sales or how to do a deal do very few.. :) if any.

I have begun to binge listen to the pod cast in the car, at work, etc. and there is a ton of great info on them!

Your only going to be able to answer that by attending multiple local REI club meetings, reading books, and listening to pod casts here.

I listen to the pod casts in the car and jump on BP when I can.

I’ve been reading and studying real estate books and pod casts for about 1 year and a half now.

I do play the pod cast and stuff when we are in the care (even though she hates pod cast)  hoping it will rub off on her. 

@Adrian Thomas first off, i hope real etstate provides for you in the best way possible so your little girls can have their father around. in the mean time, since you spend a lot of time driving there are some fantastic pod casts on bigger pockets and great audible books. also look into real estate investor groups in your area and attend to network and learn. good luck to you!

You can bring the loan current if need be, you can do their loan mod if they ever get around to it, or you can sell.
