Also if signs are legal to hang on poles im guessing sticking them into the ground would be as well or could it vary?

Hey there,I've made an offer on  property from 1959 and it was accepted.Now I realize  there is an underground storage tank- that was used either for oil or fuel, and I don't know what to do.I understood from my agent , that it must be filled with gravel/earth (if it's not filled already) and then it is not a problem.But , I'm still worried - what can be the outcome of buying a house for buy&hold with this tank?

This does not preclude you from eventually or in parallel being active w/some parts of your money such as purchasing SFR or small MF but given what you describe in your opening, you seem ripe for reviewing opportunities w/experienced operators that do what they do best 24 x 7 while you do what you do best, earn and save to fuel investing opportunities that others manage for you.

@John Poling, the is pushing a 2% deal, which is great, but also very rare.

The money itself is too short of a thing to fuel you in the deepest ways. 

I would use that additional income to fuel velocity banking to pay down all the installment credit.......
