As in any area there are more areas with hanging fruit than others but there are opportunities everywhere.

I have enough for a 3rd, but I'm trying to decide if I should do hard money lending instead, or invest it outside of real estate entirely so as not to put all of my eggs in one basket.

These are nice but not alway that fruitful.

I have about $50-75k I wanted to do something with, and I was thinking this was the lowest hanging fruit.

I worked my butt off and got some low hanging fruit. 

We are mostly growing tomatoes, potatoes and carrots but this year planning to to grow an orchard consisting of fruit trees.
