When I browse through the topics in a particular forum, the ones I've already looked at show up in a slightly lighter blue color than the unread ones, but you have to look pretty carefully to tell them apart.

This is annoying if you are browsing through threads and want to pick up where you left off and need to go back to the page you were browsing on.

It seems to me that MFH listings on MLS can look quirky - May be an interface issue or search terms, etc.

You'll find plenty of useful information browsing the forums, reading the blogs, and listening to the podcasts.

Just browse the forum for an hour or two, and you will meet several of us.

Just spend more time in Real Estate education by browsing, reading, listening and building your network.

You might also search/browse your official county website for phrases like auction, house auction, property auction, foreclosure auction etc.
