This career takes energy, optimism,  great attitude  and an unquenchable  desire to learn and succeed.  

Responses to the tune of 'well no one will get anywhere with that attitude' are not what I'm looking for.  

They are mostly nice people, but sales people and not investors. when you talk to them they seem to have an attitude that they completely understand what you need/want, but usually they don’t put their money there and most don’t have ANY investments neither experience investing.I personally don’t believe that any investor should relay on a realtor for negotiations or advise at all. 

Remember, that many times a poster's attitude can be misinterpreted.

@Jonathan Jewell  Love that attitude when faced with a dilemma. 

Simply go with the great attitude it looks like you already have, your smile, and your business cards.

Sometimes they may owe more than you gave them but that's their burden to bare.This is a piss-poor attitude and will only screw people over.
