The government is aiding in keeping rates low and will continue to do so.  

Seems like nothing fits my main requirements, i havent looking into the more "enterprise" solutions as some services quickly move into the tens of thousands of dollars. 

The only downside to that is as soon as I have that in my name I will no longer be able to get financial aid for school.
