We don't really have "pain" per se, but just keeping a pulse on what everybody likes. 

Not a bad idea per se as everyone wants to keep costs down, but you get out what you put in.

Hi...I'm new as well and don't do notes (per se), but I have a recommendation (actually, my cousin) in New Jersey. 

The area isn't bad, per se (doesn't appear to be a lot of crime).
