The woman who owns the home is moving into a nursing home and her kids live out of state.

I have a property for sale and a woman called me wanting me to sell to her.........before this time she has signed an agreement with a real estate agent to help her buy property.

The last tenant I inherited has worked out so far - another woman who had been renting her house for 19 years (self paying).

In my county a woman has started a Facebook group that is specifically geared toward renting.
