The homes are often abused/neglected.

If tenant abuses them, they pay for the replacement.If you don't put anything up, Tenants will hang blankets, sheets, football banners, political signs, or some other thing that looks like crap and they'll probably damage the walls.

I get the feeling that I am used/abused!

The north side fades differently then the south side, so in a few years you can no longer match the color because you end up with eight different shades of colors.I am not sure if this can be avoided by using a very light color like white or almond, but it is one consideration.What color will wear the best, and the most abuse resistant? 

It lasted 3 months and was cancelled, why because the sellers were being used and abused by the public in addition to the criminal element. 

You have a better chance of being hit by a bus, probably.  

There has been a lot abuse and some state like Florida have created a regulatory office to go after abusers.It also depends on how you might approach it.

I think though in reality because of the abuses in that " wholesaling business" and what the gurus preach.. the regulators in many states are going to follow or start to enforce the laws on the books..  

On the other hand, imposing emergency orders when you are 10 months in and legislatures are in session is problematic at best and an abuse of power at worst.   

They left my condo in good condition after 5 years where it may have needed rehab if the people abused it.
