What I am trying to wrap my head around is the cultural differences not to mention the language barrier.

It's always a big purchase for a homeowner, but I wonder if time and culture will change the preferences of the general public. 

Even without this cultural component, many intelligent and head strong off spring do take that baton and turn it into something incredible.

Tech jobs can be found all over the country, and perhaps taking a pay cut isn't such a bad idea if I can trade that for better culture, lower crime rates, better real estate opportunities, etc.Meeting up with a different friend involved in real estate to give me a different perspective, but so far I'm definitely holding to my guns.

Now that we have all these ladies here with different backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultures together, what's next? 

We joined a group before we found the mentor we're with now- paid a large sum of money, and didn't get what we were promised so make sure that you really know the character and culture of the mentor/group you're joining.
