In addition, I go to conferences/meetups, host an MF mastermind group, talk to brokers, talk to other investors, talk to attorneys/banks/PMs daily, go on property tours, listen to podcasts, read BP posts and more.

I also did a video call with her and toured the house with her, so feel comfortable she is a good fit for my house. 

Did you do a video tour? 

I could never go back to where i raised my kids in Palo Alto my old house I paid 180k for in 1982 is now over 2 million.. i mean i could swing it but no way would i pay that to live in a 900 sq ft home.. unless i worked at google with my wife and combined we are making 500k a year and we get to eat on campus 90% of our meals and lattes are free LOL. its amazing i digress but I did a presentation there and got the full tour.. its AMAZING the work environment in the Bay Area compared to virtually anywhere else.

I mean other than a inspection and a video tour? 

The listing photos should also be in an order that gives them a "tour" of the home.

We occasionally have an owner come to town and want to tour their properties, and we do accomodate that as long as we have enough notice to give the tenants.

I would first want to tour any houses already built for quality as i’ve seen a ton of “affordable homes” built for rentals and the quality is substandard.

I use it every so often to confirm my pricing, but they also have an investment tool that I have seen a tour of that makes an awful lot of sense.
