I picked this to match the 4% rule for retirement, but in this case I never have to draw down the capital which removes the risk of running out of money, plus the capital appreciates, plus cash flow is indexed to inflation.

Dodd-Frank does mention something about interest rate being tied to an index but not well defined.

This is not hands-off, worry-free alternative passive investing only slightly different from dropping your money into an index fund and watching the returns pile up.

Rents may automatically be extended, up to 3 years, with indexed rents, that way everyone already knows. :)
