What is the best time of year to raise rents?
I have several tenants who are a bit below market rent. They are good tenants who have been there for a few years, but I want to bring them closer to the market rate. I'm thinking October is about the worse possible time since I'd be looking for tenants in November if they decided to leave.
Thoughts?

We usually do it at the re-signing the 1yr lease. If you're on a month-to-month, I would say that spring would be a good time for you however others on here say that it's possible to re-rent anytime of the year
