There is so much emphasis on loss mitigation, loan mods, negative publicity and just trying to handle the sheer volume of defaults that I cannot imagine a lender/servicer making judgment chasing part of their business model.

Please feel free to relocate this thread into another forum Mods...I wasn't sure where to put.Is there such an animal as a receipt tracker that's electronic that I can buy, input the receipt, scan, etc and have it automaticallly log for my taxes?

@Doug Pretorius,I don't know of a single mod on the site that "Hates Wholesalers".

You will find resources here from blogs to pod casts and forums.

Rental property is a money drain, unable to sell even at discount, banks say no to loan mod.

There is months worth of reading an pod casts for you to go through.

The videos tell them how easy it is and how they have 200 of them and they are netting 5m a month or whatever.There are videos that tell you the world is flat and to eat tide pods as well.My 2 cents.

Reading the forums, books, and listening to pod cast all day has peaked my interest in the BRRRR method found here on BiggerPockets.My intent is to work towards dedicating my full time focus on this business. 

Interest RateIf I see a loan that has a high interest rate, I’m thinking in the back of my mind that this would be a good “refi” or “loan-mod” candidate.
