Hey everyone! 

Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my post. My name is Mansoor, though some friends call me Marcelles. I am a real estate investor in the Bay Area, California. I already own my first rental property, and have owned in for about 2.5 years now, but i am looking to exponentially grow my RE portfolio.  The market here is priced WAY TOO HIGH for my budget so i am currently looking to expand my reach to outer markets. I am searching in Sacramento, Elk Grove, and have even been thinking about investing in other states. I would love to hear any advice people have on HOW to do the due diligence and learn about other markets, vacancy rates, rental rates, and curb appeal or location value of properties that are outside of my area. 

I would love to find partners through this site to work together with, and mentors who can help guide me on how to find the right properties, maximize cash flow and increase the size of my portfolio.
