In some of them it's a fabric panel you have to replace or wash; in some of them it's more like the lint filter on a dryer (a plastic or wire mesh) that you just scrape off/wash off and reinstall. 

But when Fed tightens, all 1000% investment manager is taking out their equity investments into cash or buy protection.If they don't do that, they will be fired and fried LOL

@DAmien Fried  as a general rule true assumptions are extremely rare these days. however you can buy a house "subject to the existing mortgage" This means the mortgage stays in place and you simply take over the payments.Search here for Subject To, Subject 2, or sub2. you will find a lot of threads on it.

I also retrofitted the bottom drainage as the original was just cheap plastic & began to leak.
