As a general observation, most people don’t end up putting it toward housing here.

I hear ya.. its that way at all auctions and sherrifs sales and trustee sales.. many observers and only a few bidders.. when we did this for a living the key was to bid on the very first ones coming up.. many people were nervous then by the end they fear of missing out and they bid up stuff way past what we would pay..

First, hope I'm not rubbing it in with this observation - I'm trying to come from a helpful place: could arguing with everyone here on BP has somewhat of a connection to getting stuck with the "how you got my number" hurdle?

I actually joined him and just observed what he was doing.

I have observed that on my recent research I did in Charlotte, I also have a few friends over there and they tell me the same!

The relationship is one I've studied and observed here in Milwaukee and have taken advantage of, but multipliers and price points are making it harder to achieve good returns down here in MFH.

Please chime in if you've experienced this or have heard different.I had few properties on my watch-list to observe the bidding.
