Purchase price: $237,000
Cash invested: $24,000

Purchased in February 2023 and sold in May 2023

Saw the potential to add value to this tired property without making a significant investment in time and money

Showed it a number of times and observed it was not an appealing property

Brightened the property with white paint throughtout; secured statement pieces in lighting and decor; selected attractive art and other decorative pieces

House sold immeidately - never made it to market
