Many of our tenants are in healthcare-doctors and nurses and admin-others work for the city we do not see those sectors as vulnerable.

Well then I am sure you know the property about 3 miles due north of the hospital.. on the north side of town.. was owned by a local doctor very nice guy.. but he was not going to lower the price.. and man was he upset with the neighbors..

I also would look at what the doctors are saying about covid 19 and lastly it seems and some jurisdictions people are organizing rent strikes, not to pay their landlord.

So your routine doctor visit will be by phone or computer.

The higher deductible can get you if you have an emergency/go to the doctor a lot however those funds can be invested in the market and they carry with you to another employer or even if you don’t have a job!

People assume you have it better, you are rich, you are soft and on call like a doctor when you tell them you are the landlord.
