Hi BP fam,In browsing through forums, I've come across a number of names in this business (Praxis, Ashcroft, Thompson Investing, Joe Fairless, etc.). 

I have a contact that that's all they do is interface with the city for developers.  

When I first started with them I was a rookie in the full sense of the word and their customer service was superb.Now, I rarely talk to them, but find there interface easy to navigate and access the behind the scenes as aspects of websites (databases, setting up e-mails, etc).

Please feel free to ask all the questions you want and browse through all of BP's forums and threads.

By browsing the listing of the bigger student rental players in the area I have seen buildings split into as many as 10 units (mostly studios and two BR apts).
