Hello Dillon Cook, that is the problem anywhere in the US.

There just isn't ventalation that cooking may not be the best.

I saw an Year end report that talks about negative net migration trend in cook county and especially in the city of Chicago.

Plenty of opportunity but you have to be willing to move fast, you won't necessarily over pay but the faster offer wins out.I look mostly in Lake County, IL with some Cook County, IL and South East Wisconsin.

Still riding out the COVID (when will this thing be over--the 1918 one went away after a couple of years),And improving my BBQ skills (Broilking) by watching Sam the Cooking Guy.Since COVID I have been cooking my own meals, and am getting pretty good at it.

I've got a lot cooking and if your background is as established as you indicate, could partner on some stuff.  

MANY factors involved; vegetation, slope of the ground, soil composition that may/may not absorb the water ... but those areas where it pools, or doesn't have those items listed prior, you may need gutters.
