In 2013, 57 MILLION people came to Orlando as tourists.

To counter that, the fun part is that you get to be creative and figure out how to utilize a 12" space in your kitchen that won't require waiting a month for a cabinet (custom wine rack?).

I'm all for mulled wine and peppermint schnapps/hot chocolate!

You think it would be easier in a tourist spot like the beach?

There is definitely potential in Santa Fe (particularly with short-term rentals due to Santa Fe's tourist draw).

Motivated sellers are like wine - they improve with time (tweet that @Brandon Turner ).

Places who rely on super wealthy folks like Jackson will be fine, and even tourist spots like Yellowstone, and ski resorts will be OK. 

Business travelers, tourists, families, couples, people traveling on a budget, snow birds, all kinds of people use Airbnb. 

For what it is worth..... if I were you @George Wines I would jump at the opportunity to walk a house with an experienced rehabber like the ones who offered here.
