For three rentals don't spin off massive amounts of cash.

While the noise may be a concern for tenants, I would think this would be a good opportunity to spruce up your rental and spin this as positive, considering that public transportation will now be within walking distance for prospective tenants who commute.

Currently our heads are spinning with all the options and which investment styles will best fit our goals, skills and lifestyle needs.
