I am selling a 3/1 cinder block house, built in 1955 with outside porch, deck, laundry and two like new 10 x 10 sheds etc. for $200,000.

Needs a new AC. and the big shed in the back needs to be painted and emptied of old stuff.

The duplex is 4/2.5 (1920 SF) with two large sheds in the back (thinking potential office) located walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and clubs.

.- The building has quite a large storage lot in the rear that is not being utilized, this could be used for storage or to house some other type of business like a trailer business, sheds, or anything else - maybe we even have food trucks there.- the owner is my business partners uncle so we have a friendly relationship to work something outThe Opportunity- the owner is asking $400k- the zestimate is $383,300 with a range of $349,000 - $422,000- the owner does have a mortgage on it, zillow records show he paid $285K in 2019, and that a few months before it was sold for $32k, and in 2010 the building sold for $385k - no idea what thats about- a building right next to it which was "mixed use" and had 0 tenants and tiny parking, just a 4 bedroom apartment upstairs, a large garage, and retail shop in the front with $0 income sold for $340k a month agoThings we are unsure about- is $400K a fair asking price?

Conversation with the Treasurer's staff after the auction shed some light, and an option... they would take a personal/corporate check with bank letter certifying funds. 

Meanwhile ever other global car company is closing plants and shedding workers.I wouldn't doubt the guy that has delivered on everything he's unveiled, including launching and landing the only reusable rockets for a tenth of the cost of the legacy rocket industry.

So now monthly rents for the 6-plex show $4794 plus an additional $70 for some storage shed rentals on the property.
