I will also be leaving the military after this assignment so I plan on staying there.Unfortunately it also sounds like I'll get deployed for 6 months at the beginning of July, which in and of itself I don't mind, but with that sort of delay it feels I won't really have the opportunity to start looking at properties until this time next year.That said, would the time frame from April to end of June be enough time to effectively identify and seal the deal a property?

I was scared something would go wrong and I thought the homes I got through them would have their realtor's seal of approval, and I'd be walked through the process knowing what kinds of things to watch out for.

Then they look at kitchen sealing and watch for rain. 

It is a sealed pit with a vent. 

It is a sealed bid.  

You want to make sure they're framed in and sealed/insulated property when they're installed.

We had a couple of tense weeks wondering whether we could seal the deal.

We designed our plans off of that, a month later after the plans where sealed we found out that the easements had been changed a few years ago and where on a different plat. 

People that want to get in a house and do nothing but live in it are usually willing to pay a premium for a turn-key, tight-sealed, and packaged home.
