Will it be $30K+, yes, but you will likely get instant equity and a brand new house that'll be easy to rent out.      

@Gerald Marshall I'm with you on a lot of these, also love the podcast app (for BP of course).The one I use the most is probably Slack (this is similar to an Instant Messanger program but is only used in-house for office members.

It involves investing and co-owning with the managers and other investors portfolios of 10 SFR for instant diversification and lowered risk.  

Get off SFRs and fight to locate a MFU 5+ as the multiple rents instantly improve the CoC
