In all honesty, I feel a bit of imposter syndrome, I am making progress, but I think I could be making a lot more if I knew what I was doing.

Earlier on, when we (or lets be honest, I) weren't very good at budgeting rehab, that percentage wasn't as good.

Although to be honest I would say that you really should not buy a first rental property out of state as your first unit, it is just asking for trouble.

In the interest of personal honesty....yes I do brag about instilling fear in that area to maintain security.

To be honest, I end up using this pool to pull from when buying investments and then replenish as necesssary.

I just try to lead with honesty and also try to post in a way that would, if it had any effect, make REI a more trustworthy industry.
