Hi,

Has anyone on here purchased deeds?

I came across a company that sells deeds linked to "Zombie houses". The company has gone as far to find the owners and have them sign their rights, details over to them an in turn they will sell the deed to others.

All of the deeds have mortgage liens on them and I would like to hear from people who have experience in this field and who've had experience buying deeds and how they have used them as a tool for investing in real estate.

It's not rocket science, or anything "innovative".  You're simply buying a property, for a low fee, that is subject to mortgage likely much more than the house is worth.....generally this makes no sense.
