I compared Keller Williams, Better Homes & Gardens, Bean Group (these are the top 3 in terms of Maine market share), Century 21 (where my Mass license is still hung for the moment) and eXp. 

If I want beautiful landscaping in my front yard, I can read books on the gardening, watch YouTube videos, go out and buy tools and supplies, and spend my free time landscaping my property or I can pay a professional to do it quicker and hopefully better while I pursue other interests.
