Real Estate sparked my interest because of its potential to create long term wealth and freedom.Anyhow, I am not looking for any get rich quick scheme, but rather something where my hard and smart work will pay higher rewards to have a life of freedom for me and my family.Due to young family cash flow is always a challenge, so I am looking for ways where I can pour in my efforts to build that wealth without putting in too much cash or bank loans of my own.Subsequently, I am educating myself by reading BP's The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing and then following up with other reads. With this in mind I am looking to connect with some local experts, online experts, as well as people with minimal experience or even other newborns like me :)Finding BP via Pat Flynn's podcast and then recently via Google search was awesome :)Best,Dharmesh
