This makes more sense to us than relying strictly on rigid yes or no criteria where any negative disqualifies a candidate entirely.Some criteria is weighted more heavily and can overcome negatives.

Perhaps emptying it so that it can attract an owner occupied buyer is a good alternative or hiring a PM company to off load some of the work there for you.

I used to list solely with Airbnb, then added VRBO just for kicks, and ever since, ive been having bouts of issues i.e. syncing issues, scam inquiries, sometimes the app doesnt load or says error when trying to view messages etc.

If they are on a lease, you have to honour the terms of the lease until it expires (so usually up to 1 year as most have annual leases).For an FHA load, don't you need to occupy one of the units?

They are a summer weight comforter and these are a bit thinner that those.Overall they are a larger size than your typical Walmart/Target comforter so they will hang nice on the bed and work great as a summer weight cover.

@Soup NikkI am in The wrong type of syndication as a GP.As an LP who also invests with find those fees to be very high and many are front loaded so the GP has little to no risk (even having fees to guarantee the loan…) you are taking on all the risk and the upside to me is not worth that risk.
