And FLIP is a good book if you are a visual learner...lots of details you can relate to your question. 

I'm a visual learner with a lot of project management background and know that sometimes I get too excited about building the spreadsheet so wanted to see what yours was like for inspiration so I'm sure not to go too deep.

My wife and I rode through the neighborhood today, and just visually checked out the outside of the home. 

I deluded myself into visualizing that bag of rolled up yellow letters as a bag full of rolls of money; I just needed to deliver enough of them to make it happen.

I know I am suppose to network, and e-mail them to refresh their memories of me, but I am just having a hard time trying to visualize a scenario on how I would use their services, as I have no experience of being a landlord yet.Thanks in advance- Alain

Visualizing repairs?

I am very visual and I like information radiators that are always on the wall staring at me to track my goals. 

I tend to be the visual/social learner whereas he can zip through a book in 1-2 days. 

Overwhelmed but really enjoying all the resources from bigger pockets... just listened to a short-term arbitrage podcast so this is cool to be a bit vicarious and listen in/learn/visualize what bringing in some STR's looks like...
