Anyone have experience using Turbo Tax Premier to do their taxes having investment property(ies)

.: Anyone operating an STR in Logan Ohio willing to chat about their experiences? 

My experience was mostly doing SFH/Duplex/Triplex etc. and had experience in larger multifam. 

I have an idea of an initial investment and returns I would like to hit, but would love to speak with those of actual experience to see if my numbers are realistic.

With your equity and experience, you could find solid 10-40 unit buildings that align with your goals.

If they're evaluating other properties and you have a good social presence that gives them peace of mind and a good sense that they'll have a nice living experience, that could be the tipping point if they're considering a similar property.
