It’s not the best venue for speakers actually.....very hard to hear a presenter with other people coming and going in the same space.

One thought is to look for the "gratis" industry magazines like "Coastal Living" or "Dream Homes" (San Diego) sitting out in front of broker offices or similar venues catering to this segment.

We may be working out an owner finance deal.The question is, what are some creative options that I should consider for the use of the building without having to spend too much money in renovations.For example, turning it into lofts can be very profitable but will cost way too much.Some ideas I can think of is crossfit space, maybe an event venue (weddings, etc), what else is hot in the market for warehouses????

There are numerous apartments, a Marriott hotel,  dog friendly parks, walking paths, fountains and small "lake", entertainment venues, night clubs, retail, boutiques, yoga, gyms, restaurants and personal care beauty services minutes away, There are many corporate HQ's within a few minutes drive, plus it is on the tollway and 5 minutes from 121.
