I'm using VAs in my business for a lot of lead gen with cold calling and text messaging, following up with leads, one for transaction coordination and bookkeeping, and another for social media marketing and content creation.

You've got to get the emails on your own. something that VAs might be useful for.That's the biggest lead gen for my business is connecting with homeowners in the market, getting them on the email list.I work in OKC, Tulsa has been getting a ton of buzz lately on social media but OKC is extremely similar in almost every way.

The VAs were often based out of south or southeast Asia, had reasonably good English skills, and were available at under $10/hr rates.For more complex work that may involve communicating or collaborating with others, then you’ll likely need a more capable assistant at a higher price.

I have used VAs in the past but looking into options to ensure I  get the right fit.

For those who have used VAs that reside overseas, what type of contracts did you use for the independent contractors?
