I understood the basic concept but was wondering if the definition just varied, or if I was missing something. 

Is it generally understood that in-order to get a pocket listing from a *commercial* multi-family broker, you will have that same broker represent both sides of the transaction (i.e. there is no additional "buying agent" involved?)

My due diligence brought me to know about asset protection what was only something that I understood in concept before. 

Understood about my funds going away in that case.Will they foreclose the original owner or me?

We replied that we understood and appreciated the appliances but it did not change the fact that we COULD NOT USE 2 OF THE ROOMS OF THE HOUSE like normal people do - nor the garage as intended.
