I'm assuming to utilize the legal protection of the LLC, you would need a rental contract that permits the owner to transfer /assign ownership without renter consent as long as rental lease is unchanged.

I have always just used the "Followed discussions" tab without any difficulty.I do see as I write this, the "notify me" checkbox is NOT checked, in spite of the notification setting being unchanged in my "settings".

If you just don’t want to let it go you can keep asking for a review until one is received then post your review, at that point the reviews are locked in and unchangeable by both parties.
