Basically a large hole in the ground to contain the water so that is drains out slowly under ground via a drainage field, rather than sitting on top of the ground making mud.Another option might be a cistern to gather and use the rainwater in your house, rather than city water.You would have to take steps to keep it free of mosquitoes and debris, and filter it going in and maybe coming into your house for drinking (ultraviolet light system).

Ideally, you don't want to compete with ultra common keywords (Real Estate, Wholesaling, Real Estate Investing).

For paint i use home depots BEHR Premium Plus Ultra paint with primer.

Not all double-pane windows are created equal, and you could end up with a buyer who wanted the ultra high end ones than the ones you have - and result in no value created.I know there are glass replacement companies out there, if the window frames are still good.

Or, go ultra-modern with some dyed concrete.
