I did some things myself that I like doing - a little trim work in the kitchen; swapping out a bathroom vanity.

I heard a multi family investor who uses Robert Kyosaki’s accountant use bonus appreciation on an apartment complex and trimmed his tax bill.

need help on painting walls on my new purchase home where I have old what trim and cabinet

The house has recent vinyl siding and trim. 

But on the other hand and it has been a few years since we had to delead an apartment inside and out we just went with the new windows as well as vinyl sided the exterior and practically gutted the interiors and replaced all the trim and doors.   

Specifically, I’m looking to do a master bath remodel, maybe a few exterior paint/trim work and possible cabinet paint/refinishing just to name a few.

Flooring, cabinets, trim etc. 

Cash flow, easy to rent, minor rehab work is fine think: ~$20-30k (painting, trim, minor things).
