Like an agent asking how do you feel about the market in their town is reverse trolling, but an agent talking about the flip they are doing in the market for themselves, not a client, is not reverse trolling.

Our HOA/complex manager has saved my butt more than once when a guest has locked themselves out of the unit and I'm across town or whatever.

It costs me $20 to transfer electric service into my name in most towns.

For example, many of the nicer ski towns around Colorado require first month, last month, plus the security deposit upon move-in which can easily amount to $7k+.

And there are a couple of folks in town who are suggesting using installment contracts as workaround, as well.

This is expensive but you'll have a place to work and meet with people when you're in town that matches your online presence.

They’re familiar with the towns, businesses, and, in some cases, even the commercial tenants, which can work in your favor.
