I have dreamed about doing real estate since I was a teen but never really had anyone show me the ropes so I learned the hard way.Not to broadcast my personal business but I am receiving an inheritance next May for a couple hundred grand and I would like to try again in real estate and succeed.Right now I have 10k I would like to invest with but Im not sure that is enough to get back into real estate now.

He was concerned about being held personally liable for anything happening on the swamp land, so he held title in another LLC, separate from his rental properties, and posted plenty of "No Trespassing" signs.Sure enough, some young teens trespassed on the property, even using one of the signs to build a bonfire (hard to claim they didn't see it).

The ones I researched were in very high average vacancy rate areas. ( high teens) Even being yards from a police station made little difference from what I could tell.
