@Kieran Dowling I agree with everyone that you should act as your own General contractor and hire the sub contractors to do the jobs you can not tackle.

Focus on the blocking and tackling of getting really good at a particular skill, monetizing that skill, living off of next to nothing, piling up money, getting reps.

One thing I didn't see mentioned is making sure the number/dialer you're calling from is being marked as spam/spam likely or outright blocked by the carriers.

I was curious what you do when someone spams your online google reviews with negative comments?

A GOOD contact rate is 5-10% nowadays (dial 10 numbers and one picks up) if you can keep your phone number from showing up as spam.2) Most people are gonna say no.

What’s the best way to tackle a project like mold?

I watched a video on the SQ4D company that legally built a 3D Printed house (selling for $300k in an average $550k market) just recently in Long Island, NY and they are getting better at tackling the plumbing, electrical, and making it custom made. 

It's still not clear that you really intend to roll your sleeves up and tackle the problems at this project.
